Quality Inn Lone Pine near Mount Whitney

Good stop over with family before Death Valley . Clean rooms very good breakfast compared to other motels and other quality inn, orange juice fresh fruit coffee bread butter yogurt nice… comfortable beds and spacious rooms with views

Nice, clean hotel at an affordable price. I booked this hotel last minute during a road trip from LA to Las Vegas via the scenic route. Unfortunately, we arrived at night and didn't realize what an amazing area we had accidentally stumbled upon. We were on a timeline, so did not get a chance to explore the area. Our room faced the back of the hotel so my view was of a field. I was not expecting to look out the window and see hundreds of rabbits! The bunnies were hilarious running and chasing each other. The following morning I was shocked to walk out the front of the hotel and see amazing snow capped mountains. I will definitely be back to the area. That being said, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Good hotel in a great spot to hit a variety of attractions. Stopped here between Joshua Tree and Death Valley. Staff was excellent. Rooms a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again, no question. Great views from the hotel.

Planned a trip to Death Valley and other surrounding areas. Did my research and this Quality Inn met what I was looking for. The room I booked was exactly as described and expected. I booked a room for two adults w/ a king bed. Exactly as expected and described. The lobby is very warm and welcoming with hot beverages awaiting anyone interested. These are not large rooms but as stated earlier they are described well so we had no surprises. Room was immaculate. Appliances (Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator) were clean and well taken care of. Climate control in the room worked great. Quiet and comfortable grounds that are very well kept. Highly recommend this inn. Great views. Easy access. The town of Lone Pine is about a mile away for dining, any shopping needs or necessities.

After our rental car broke down just outside Death Valley, we arrived at the Quality Inn feeling flustered and panicked. Being on holiday from the UK, we had no idea where we were or what to do next. From the very start, Pam was an absolute lifesaver. Alamo had refused to pick us up and planned to send our luggage with the tow truck to L.A., even though our flight home was from Las Vegas. Understandably distressed, we were so grateful when Pam offered her own car to help collect our luggage before the tow arrived. Victor, a wonderful long-term guest, kindly drove my husband to retrieve it. When our replacement car finally turned up in the early hours, it had an oil leak, forcing us to stay another night. Through all of this, Pam was incredibly supportive—offering advice, making calls, and doing everything she could to help us continue our journey to Vegas. Thanks to Pam and a fantastic local tow company, we eventually made it to our destination. Pam is truly an asset to Quality Inn, and although our stay in Lone Pine was unexpected, we’ll remember it fondly once we can look back on the experience and laugh!

We had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are average but have all that you need. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The patio was nice to sit out and take pictures.

The lady Pam, at the front desk, is the reason it gets 5 stars. Without her, it's a pretty average 2 star hotel. Clean and simple, no complaints other than a very slippery shower floor. But Pam could not have been anymore helpful, witty or kind... She's just good people.

Very clean. Even the refrigerator n coffee maker was CLEAN. Pamela at front desk was friendly n efficient. Beds comfy. Busy property with great views. The Grill restauent is excellent place 2 eat, as well.
